qPCR was performed using the CDC Primer probe set (IDT, Cat No./ID: 10006606). N1 and N2 target the nucleocapsid phosphoprotein (N gene) of SARS-CoV2. NP targets the RNase P gene for detection of human nucleic acids and serves as a control for sample integrity.
