(a) Enzymatic activity of sfGFP‐TB, TB, and GCN4 Neuraminidases: NA enzymatic activity of preparations containing different amounts of the sfGFP‐TB, TB, or GCN4‐N2 was determined using the MUNANA fluorometric assay (RFU, relative fluorescent units). Oseltamivir was added to inhibit enzymatic activity. The results shown are a representative example of three independent assay performed in triplicates.
