Estimated remaining lifetime risk of all dementia was defined as the estimated cumulative incidence of all dementia over the years of follow-up for which the estimated frequency of participants at risk reached less than 0.5%. Time 0 represents the time of the initiation of follow-up (baseline survey). CI = confidence interval.
