MiR-506-3p was a target of DLX6-AS1. (A) The binding sites between miR-506-3p and DLX6-AS1 were analyzed by the online tool Starbase3.0. (B and C) Their interaction was verified by dual-luciferase reporter assay. (D and E) The expression of miR-506-3p in NB tissues and cell lines relative to normal tissues and cells was determined using qRT-PCR. (F) The expression correlation was analyzed using Spearman correlation analysis.
