Validation of anti-CFAP52 antibody. NIH3T3 cells were transfected with the pCfap52::Egfp expression plasmid encoding the fusion protein CFAP52::EGFP. Proteins were detected either by their auto-fluorescence (green) or by the commercial anti-CFAP52 antibody (red).
