Overexpression of ZC3HAV1 restricts the replication of WSN virus. A549 cells stably expressing ZAPL, ZAPS, or empty vector were infected with WSN virus at an MOI of 1.0 and harvested at the indicated time points (0, 6, and 12 hpi).
