Modulation of IL-1β release in LPS-stimulated THP-1 cells. (A) IL-1β protein secretion was measured in THP-1 cell supernatants stimulated with LPS at the indicated concentrations for 3 h. At the end of the treatment, IL-1β protein release was assessed by ELISA. Data are presented as means of released picograms per mL (pg/mL) ± SEM.
