Natural killer (NK) cytotoxicity measured by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) NK cytotoxicity (40:1) and whole blood (WB)-based NK cytotoxicity (200 μL) according to the absolute number of NK cells (low, three donors; medium, 11 donors; high, 14 donors).
