Olanzapine 2.5-10 Common side effects: insomnia; anxiety; headache.
Severe but less common side effects: sedation; somnolence; dizziness; weight gain; gynecomastia; hyperprolactinemia with amenorrhea and galactorrhea; movement disorders (dystonic reactions; parkinsonism; akathisia; tardive dyskinesia); orthostatic hypotension; oedema.
Clozapine 12.5-75 Common side effects: constipation; dizziness; drowsiness; headache; dry mouth or increased sweating or saliva production; lightheadedness when standing up; nausea; heartburn; strange dreams and other trouble sleeping; weight gain.
Severe but less common side effects: Severe allergic reactions; agitation; chest pain; confusion-delirium; seizures; severe headache; dizziness; or vomiting; vision changes; pancytopenia.
