Down‐regulation of PDGFRβ influenced the expression of EMT‐related genes in HOS cells. After treatment with corresponding siRNA for 48 h, EMT‐related genes in HOS cells, including E‐cadherin, vimentin, Snail and α‐SMA, were measured by western blot (A). Densitometric analysis of each protein level was calculated from the average of three experiments, and β‐actin served as an internal control. The expressions of E‐cadherin (B), vimentin (C) and α‐SMA (D) were shown by immunofluorescence staining. Scale bars: 25 μm.
