Nutlin-3, an Mdm2 inhibitor, synergizes with DFO and MLN-4924 in inducing reactivation of EBV. (A) Sal cells were incubated for 24 h with or without 2.5 μM nutlin-3, followed by incubation for 24 h with 200 μM DFO, 5 μM MLN-4924, 5 μM FG-4592, or DMSO alone or in combination with nutlin-3 as indicated.
