4E9 binds to scaffold cells engineered to express cCD19. Flow cytometry plots of 4E9 binding to K562 cells genetically engineered to express cCD19 (KT.cCD19). In contrast, 4E9 does not bind to K562 cells genetically engineered to express cOX40L (KT.cOX40L; negative control). An antibody of IgG1 isotype was used as a negative control. In both cases, green fluorescent protein (GFP) expression confirms transduction of K562 cells with either cCD19 or cOX40L.
