Implantation depth

Oversizing of the prosthesis

Implantation depth greater than MS length

Clinical Factors

Preprocedural conduction abnormalities (especially RBBB)

Amount of calcification of aortic valve and LVOT

Prior coronary bypass surgery

Prior MI

Diabetes

Age >80 years
