Cyclin E2 is associated with genome doubling in p53 wildtype breast cancers. (A) Relative CCNE1 and CCNE2 expression was determined across the TCGA breast cancer dataset and compared between non-genome doubled (NGD) and genome doubled (GD) cancers with TP53 mutation/deep deletion. Data were analysed by Welch’s t-tests. (B) Relative CCNE1 and CCNE2 expression was determined across the TCGA breast cancer dataset and compared between non-genome doubled (NGD) and genome doubled (GD) cancers with wildtype TP53 status, high TP53 expression and high CDKN1A expression.
