1H NMR spectra obtained from CD3OD: D2O KH2PO4 buffer at pH 6.0 (50:50, v/v) extracts of tomatoes from Almeria province (Spain) showing varying differences in chemical shifts and splitting resolution, i.e., citrate, malate, or γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Spectra were recorded using a presaturation pulse sequence (Bruker 1D noesygppr1d) in a Bruker Avance III 600 spectrometer operating at a proton frequency of 600.13 MHz at 293 ± 0.1 K, using a 5 mm quadruple resonance inverse cryoprobe (QCI). Authors’ spectra just provided for illustration issues.
