Cytotoxic assays. (A) MTT assay for cell viability. The experiment was performed in untreated AGS cells; cells treated with 50% ethanol; phage alone; Hp and phage; Hp and the complex Hp φ + LF-HA. (B) Trypan blue test was performed at 72 h of treatment with 24 h time point. (C) % of NO² levels in the culture medium.
