Effects of tricin and FOLFOX on tumor burden in orthotopic colon tumor-bearing mice. Mice were treated with Tricin-L (19 mg/kg), Tricin-H (37.5 mg/kg) or FOLFOX (combination please refer to Methods section) for 18 days. (A) Body weights of mice were recorded during the treatment.
