Average and standard deviation (std) of disorder strength L_d measured by the PWS technique for PA bacteria film in the presence of different aptamer enclosed Ag-NCs. (A) The result shows that the average of the degree of disorder strength (L_d^(g)) of Pseudonomas aeruginosa cells decreases to a different extent in the presence of various nanocluster. (B) The result shows that the standard deviation of the degree of disorder strength (σ^(g)) of Pseudonomas aeruginosa cells almost follow the same trend and decreases by 27% when treated with Ag-NC (p < 0.0001).
