The basal physiologic parameter of body weight (A), fasted blood glucose (B), water intake (C), food intake (D), urine amount (E) and feces amount (F) in the control (CON) and streptozotocin-diabetic (STZ) rats. After 4 weeks of STZ induction, these physiological parameters are significantly increased as compared with CON rats.
