Real-time PCR analysis of STAT-dependent redox genes in VSMCs. The mRNA expression levels of (a) pro-oxidant (Nox1 and Nox4) and (b) antioxidant (Sod1 and Cat) enzymes were normalized to 18S and expressed as fold increases under basal condition.
