Fe-induced arrhythmias were attenuated by antioxidants and mPTP inhibition in ex-vivo mouse hearts. Pseudo-lead II ECG signals recorded from ex-vivo mouse hearts at baseline and after treatment with 15 µM Fe/8-HQ in the presence/absence of other agents.
