Lentiviral transduction of mCherry reporter gene under the control of several promoters. iHMuSCs control 1—D52, control 2—E4 and control 3—A42 were transduced with lentiviruses containing mCherry under the control of PGK, UbC, EF1 or CMV promoters or with an empty lentivirus.
