Drug–drug interactions (DDI) between antineoplastic agents and anticoagulants: Most of them are not clinically significant expected (green). Comparison between DOACs resulted: χ2 = 0.09; P = .993 and between fondaparinux, enoxaparin, and DOACs, χ2 = 7.63; P = .106. Only comparisons between warfarin and DOACs (χ2 = 36.12; P < .001) as well as between warfarin, enoxaparin, and fondaparinux (χ2 = 45.22; P < .001) were statistically significant. DOACs indicates direct oral anticoagulants.
