In brief, mice were injected with TC-1 tumor cells on day 0 and suboptimal vaccinated with SLP vaccine on days 8 and 22. when the tumor relapsed on day 39, mice were sacrificed and tumors were harvested and tumor cells were isolated. sorted tumor cells (TC-1 recurrent) were injected into naïve mice and treated with SLP vaccine, cisplatin, the combination or kept untreated.
