PAG and L-NAME blocked the phosphorylation of STAT3 and CaMKII induced by ZYZ-803. Cells were pretreated with PAG (5 mM) and/or L-NAME (5 mM) for 1.5 h followed by ZYZ-803 (1 µM) for 30 min.
