In vitro activity of MS-SOD in LPS-treated RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells were pre-incubated with 500 U/mL MS-SOD for 6 h, then stimulated with 10 g/mL LPS and samples were collected 6 h after LPS stimulation, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-a and iNOS mRNA expression levels were measured with qPCR.
