The Control preload was 200 mL water; the oat β-glucan preloads (MW1, MW2, MW3, MW4, OP1, and OP2) were added to 200 mL water. Total dietary fiber was measured by Eurofins CLF Specialised Nutrition Testing Services GmBH, Professor-Wagner-Straße 11, D-61381 Friedrichsdorf, Germany.
