Patient home locations are plotted as the case location. The size of the circle indicates the number of patients admitted during the time period. The color of the circle indicates the number of trips that end in the grid cell during the time period. The thickness of the line is proportional to the number of trips made between two locations. Week 2 begins on October 27, 2016 and week 31 begins on May 18, 2017. For visual clarity, the 5 km × 5 km resolution was used for the figure, instead of 1 km × 1 km
