YAP1 was directly bond by miR-375. After analyzing the possible binding microRNAs of YAP1, the expressions of predicted microRNAs were detected in cytokine-stimulated and non-stimulated hASMCs. The target microRNAs were screened and their binding motifs were analyzed, and the binding relationship between the microRNA and YAP1 was validated by mutation and luciferase reporter gene assay.
