DUSP3 lof affects the expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins . The levels of Cyclins A1/B1/D1/E1, CDKs 1/2/4/6 and p21Cip1 were evaluated in all four (MRC-5, XPA, XPC and XPV) cells proficient (NS) or deficient for DUSP3 (shDUSP3) after treatment with UVC (6 J/m2) radiation. Cells were collected in different time points, lysed accordingly and the levels of protein expression were measured by immunoblottings (for each protein and cell line analyzed, all samples were loaded on the same gel/membrane). Proteins with levels affected by the DUSP3 silencing were quantified using Image Studio Software (Li-Cor) and the representative figures are highlighted in red.
