(a-c, e-g) 48 h after transfection of siRNA or cDNA as indicated, cells were immunostained with an anti-γ-tubulin antibody. The percentage of cells with more than two centrosomes was displayed. Three independent experiments were performed and at least 300 cells were counted per experiment. Values represent mean ± SEM.
