---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
IC50 (μM) | 25.4 | 21.6 | 17.8 | 15.2 | 18.3 | 9.4 | 14.8 | 8.8 | 3.8 |
R2 | 0.981 | 0.971 | 0.972 | 0.985 | 0.992 | 0.974 | 0.958 | 0.929 | 0.474 |
The percent activity values at each ATP concentration were calculated by dividing the activity at each concentration of inhibitor by the activity in the absence of inhibitor then multiplied by 100. This was done for each of the different ATP concentrations. These percent activities were then plotted against inhibitor concentration. Curves were fitted using the equation y = y0 – (a e(−bx)), and then IC50 values were calculated from the generated values of yo, a and b.
