The maximum possible PHQ-8 score is 30 with a depression cutoff score of 10. PHQ-8 scores ranged from 0 to 24 with mean 7.57 and standard deviation 0.76 points. Maximum possible PASS-20 score is 100 with pain-related anxiety cut-off score of 30. PASS-20 scores ranged from 0 to 85 with mean 33.53 and standard deviation 2.21 points.
