BHK-21 cells infected with DENV2 (10¹ TCID₅₀), washed with virus-free medium 1 hpi at 37 °C, and were then incubated with mol-5 (10 μM) for 24 h. The same amount of DMSO was added as a solvent control. The dsRNA intermediates were visualized by immunofluorescence with the primary antibody J2, which recognizes dsRNA (green).
