Schematic diagram of fabrication process of the MSCs-laden SFN composite hydrogels. Large microparticles with aligned structure were derived from the aligned SFN hydrogels formed in electrical field. The particles were loaded with MSCs and then blended with the injectable SFN hydrogels to form the composite systems. The MSC-laden hydrogels were injected to the wounds to achieve scarless skin regeneration with hair follicles.
