Those bla_SHV that are considered extended spectrum β-lactamase genes, including bla_SHV-12 (217), bla_SHV-7 (12), bla_SHV-30 (11), bla_SHV-2 (5), bla_SHV-5 (4), and bla_SHV-105 (1).
