Expression of angiotensin II (ANG II) type 1 receptor (AT1R) in the kidney. In the cortex, ANG II infusion resulted in a significant increase in AT1R expression in wild-type (WT) mice and endothelial prolyl hydroxylase (PHD2)-specific KO (PHD2ECKO) mice. There was no statistical difference between WT and PHD2ECKO mice. In the medulla, expression of AT1R showed no significant difference between WT and PHD2ECKO mice.
