Overexpression of SNHG9 downregulated miR-21 through methylation. H1581 and H1993 cells were transfected with either SNHG9 expression vector or miR-21 mimic to explore the relationship between SNHG9 and miR-21. Overexpression of SNHG9 and miR-21 was confirmed by RT-qPCR (A). The effects overexpression of SNHG9 on miR-21 (B) and the effects of overexpression of miR-21 on SNHG9 were also explored by RT-qPCR (C). MSP was performed to analyze the effects of overexpression of SNHG9 on the methylation of miR-21 gene (D). Experiments were repeated 3 times and mean ± SD values were presented and compared.
