1. Elevated blood and/or sputum eosinophils

2. Elevated FeNO

3. Atopy/elevated IgE

4. Bronchodilator reversibility (may be less in later-onset T2-Hi phenotype)

5. Higher exacerbation rates

6. Increased mucus on CT imaging (silent mucus)

7. Greater response to corticosteroids
