(A) and (B) Immunostaining of CYCA3;4-GUS throughout the cell cycle in squashed root tips of plants containing the CYCA3;4pro:CYCA3;4-GUS construct in the wild-type (A) or ccs52a2-1 (B) background. DNA was stained using 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI, gray) and CYCA3;4-GUS was visualized with a polyclonal rabbit anti-GUS primary antibody and an Alexa-488 secondary antibody (green).
