The effects of miRNA-155 on cell viability of normal FLS and RA-FLS. (a, b) Both HFLS and MH7A cells (2 × 105 cells/well) were transfected with 5 μl miRNA-155 mimics and inhibitor for 48 hours. Total RNA was extracted to detect the expression of miRNA-155 by RT-qPCR. Results were normalized by GAPDH miRNA. ∗P < 0.05.
