The slope of the myogenic tone of TrpC6^−/− mice was significantly smaller (P = 0.0002, independent 2-tailed t test). The slope of the log of pressure vs. myogenic tone relationship in TrpC6^−/− mice was not different from zero (independent 2-tailed t test).
