Circ_0007142 serves as a sponge for miR-186. A. Bioinformatics analysis showed that miR-186 was a potential target of circ_0007142. B. miR-186 level was significantly down-regulated in lung adenocarcinoma cancer tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues. C. miR-186 expression level was obviously lower in 4 cancer cell lines than that in normal cell line. D. The dual-luciferase reporter assay verified the binding with the decreasing fluorescence within miR-186 mimic and circ_0007142 wild type. E.
