A. Microscopic morphology showed cells distinctly gave rise to synaptoid-like cell structures after Fasudil stimulation, which was accompanied by down-regulation of c-myc and cyclin D1 expression (magnification × 200). B. Cell growth curve showed inhibition of cell proliferation after Fasudil stimulation in time gradient. C. Cell proliferation was also inhibited in dose gradient. D. IC50 was measured to be 76.04 μg/mL. E. Cell cycle arrest was detected after stimulation of 100 μg/mL Fasudil for 24 and 48 h. F. Annexin V-FITC/PI assay showed Fasudil promoted SCLC cell apoptosis, which effect was especially obvious in the starved cells and could be blocked or reversed by relief of starvation.
