The relationships between the AAPR and the hazard ratio of the risk of death in patients with advanced NSCLC/Spline smoothing was performed using GAM (generalized additive model) to explore the association between AAPR and OS in patients with advanced NSCLC after adjusting for potential confounding factors. A nonlinear relationship between AAPR and OS was observed and a inflection point for AAPR of 0.6 was detected. The red points represent the fitting spline.
