Effects of combined treatment with SNAP and SMN on insulin secretion. a A modest but significant reduction in insulin secretion was observed in response to 2.8 mM, but not 16.7 mM in the presence of SMN. b SNAP produced a concentration-dependent reduction in glucose-induced insulin secretion and these effects were enhanced significantly in the presence of SMN (n = 3, *P < 0.05, ***P < 0.001).
