Effects of ethanol extracts of A. hookeri leaf, root, and fermented root on splenocyte proliferation. Chicken spleen cells were incubated with the indicated concentrations of each extract, Con A (20 µg/mL), or medium alone as a negative control. After 48 h, cell viability was measured by CCK-8 assay.
