“Loc”: (+) validated localization of the protein to the peroxisome, (−) did not localize to peroxisomes in B-(Baron et al., 2016). “Func”: experimental confirmation of an effect on peroxisome proliferation in fly cells M-(Mast et al., 2011). Protein interactions indicate interaction between these protein partners in large-scale yeast 2-hybrid (FlyBi) or (G) whole proteome mass-spectrometric identification (Guruharsha et al., 2011).
