Knockout of EGFL6 gene inhibits migration and invasion of ovarian cancer cells. The cells (2 × 10⁴) of E10, G11, and SKOV3 were seeded in the transwell chamber. The inserts coated with 45 μl of Matrigel matrix were used for the assessment of invasion, and uncoated inserts were used for migration.
