Dihydromyricetin regulates the miR-21/ PTEN/ Akt axis in HCCC9810 cells. HCCC9810 cells were transfected with 100 nM miR-21 agomir or agomir non-specific control (NC), and then treated with or without 150 μM dihydromyricetin for 24 hours.
